Glenn is a seasoned security and investigations leader with over fourteen years of global experience in brand protection and anti‑counterfeiting, following a distinguished thirty‑year detective career in UK policing. Since August 2025, Glenn has led the Anti‑Counterfeiting (ACF) Program at Haleon, one of the world’s largest consumer healthcare companies, where he is responsible for ACF strategy and overseeing investigative activity to protect consumers and safeguard brand integrity across international markets.

Previously, Glenn was Director of HP Inc.’s Global Anti‑Counterfeit Program, where he led worldwide ACF strategy, complex cross‑border investigations, and senior‑level engagement with business stakeholders, government and industry partners.

His policing career included senior leadership roles spanning serious organised crime, counter‑terrorism, intelligence management, and large‑scale covert operations. Renowned for his strategic vision and collaborative approach, Glenn brings deep expertise in investigation management and methodology, risk management, compliance, and multi‑agency partnership.

He holds Interpol‑recognised certification in anti‑counterfeiting operations and has extensive experience operating in multinational environments.
