Tom Finke is on the senior leadership team of Epiq’s Legal Transformation Services, a collection of services that enable corporate law departments to operate more efficiently and effectively.  Previously, Tom was the Chief Client Development Officer at Bartlit Beck and served as a Managing Director at Axiom Law, where he led a sixty-person business team in the Midwest, Texas and California focused on client development, account management, and attorney recruiting and management. Under Tom’s leadership, revenue in the region grew nearly 20% annually between 2014 and 2017 to over $75 million.  Tom also led a team that won the Association of Corporate Counsel Value Challenge Award for work on Kraft’s spin-off from Mondelez.  Tom serves as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law, where he teaches a class on the role of in-house counsel.

Tom started his career at Sidley & Austin where he served as the General Counsel for a division of a Fortune 500 client, and he worked at the Tribune Company in corporate development and operating roles in its interactive division.  Tom is a graduate of Northwestern’s JD/MBA program and holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College.
