NEW YORK(November 18, 2025)—True Pedigreeannounced today that it has completed the first training session with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on the AGMA One Device, an integratedmobile platform donated by the Alliance for Gray Market and CounterfeitAbatement (AGMA) that consolidates members’ brand-verification tools into asingle device.

The platform,provided by AGMA at no cost to the government through the CBP Donations AcceptanceProgram, will assist CBP officers in assessing the authenticity ofAGMA members' products entering the U.S.

The training session, held yesterdayat John F. Kennedy International Airport, involved three shifts of CBPofficers and marked the platform’s initial operational phase, which will help identifytraining requirements, maximize integration, and improve operational workflowsahead of a wider rollout expected early next year at additional portsnationwide.

The training session aligns with the broadereffort of companies and CBP to address the growing volume of counterfeit goods.In Fiscal Year 2024, CBP seized nearly 20,000 shipments containing 32 millioncounterfeit items, valued at more than $5 billion if genuine.

AGMA, established in 2001, is a coalition ofleading global technology companies, distributors, and service providersfocused on reducing gray-market activity, counterfeiting, and unauthorizeddistribution. Law firm Sideman & Bancroft provided legal support for the AGMAOne Device donation, while True Pedigree provides the technology infrastructuresupporting the One Device Platform.
